I did my dead hang and then watched the video, it was almost exactly a minute. My trapeze friend from italy had to hang 30 minutes a day when he was a kid. I have a bit of work to do! Giggle!

Greetings from Scotland. You are just a couple of years younger than me and I tried that exercise and I'm more like an L shape, can only get the V if I bend my legs so I have some work to do. Keep the inspirational exercises coming, love them. I love the bits at the end where you come over and talk, looks like its only directly to me, LOL

Most people don't know how to avoid loss of muscle mass ( sarcopenia) through exercises. It happens both in males and females, andropause is not just a word play or ED. It's not yoga but it's Hatha yoga, which is the physical part to get you into shape to meditate without having to worry about bodily ailments. In the West only that form as been popularized as Yoga. As usual your videos are inspiring.
